Prunus "The Bride" este un arbore de talie mică până la medie, cu o coroană destul de îngustă la început, dar în curând în formă de vază. Mai târziu, ramurile acestui cireș încep să cadă puțin, creând o coroană sferică aplatizată. Frunza este ovoidală îngustă până la alungită și are un vârf ascuțit și lung. Înmugurește în verde bronz și devine verde proaspăt în timpul verii. Toamna, prezintă diferite nuanțe de portocaliu, roșu și violet înainte de a cădea. Mugurii de flori sunt roz. Înainte de înmugurire, Prunus "The Bride" înflorește foarte abundent, cu flori mari, simple, albe, cu staminele de un roz izbitor. Acestea pot fi urmate de fructe de culoare roșu închis, rotunde sau ușor ovale. 'The Bride' a fost descoperit de Harry van Trier ca un răsad de P. 'Pandora'.
