'Reynvaanii' este un arbust veșnic verde de dimensiuni medii, cu o înălțime de aproximativ 2 m. Coroana dens ramificată, în special la o vârstă tânără, este columnară până la larg columnară și are o creștere clar verticală. Mai târziu în viață, planta se va lăsa mai mult și va crește mai larg. Crenguțele anuale sunt de culoare galben-verzui, iar frunzele alungite au o lungime de 9-14 cm și o lățime de 3-4,5 cm. Frunzele sunt ușor pliate în formă de jgheab, iar cea mai mare lățime a frunzei se află la jumătatea sau puțin deasupra centrului limbului foliar. La frunzele tinere, marginea frunzei este întreagă, iar la frunzele mai bătrâne este ușor zimțată. Frunzele sunt ușor lucioase, de culoare verde închis.
