Fraxinus holotricha "Moraine" este un arbore relativ necunoscut, cu o coroană piramidală largă. Exemplarele mature pot atinge o înălțime de 10 - 15 m. Frunzele impare, cu 7 - 9 foliole, au o lungime de 20 - 25 cm, iar foliolele dintre ele au o lungime de aproximativ 4 - 7 cm.
