Aesculus parviflora este o plantă arbustivă care crește "doar" între 3 și 5 m înălțime, dar care poate crește până la 10 m lățime prin formarea de ramificații. Frunzele de culoare verde închis au o înălțime cuprinsă între 5 și 7 înălțimi și devin galben închis toamna. Inflorescențele sunt foarte frumoase.
