Ulmus minor "Jacqueline Hillier" (syn. U. hollandica "Jacqueline Hillier") este un arbust mare, oarecum stufos, cu ramificații fine. Este un arbust cu creștere lentă, care este adesea altoit pe tulpini, creând un mic arbore ornamental. Formează o coroană rotundă și crește la o înălțime de 3 - 4 m. Crenguțele sunt brune și moi și sunt dispuse ca o ferigă. La bătrânețe, cresc oarecum răsucite. Frunzele sunt de culoare verde foarte închis, alungite și au o lungime de 2 - 3 cm.
